Will i get sea sick?

Okay, i most likely am going on a cruise to i think bermuda? i am not sure. One week. I get car sick SOMETIMES, i have a weak stomach (get stomach achs often), hypochondriac and yeah. I really want to go, i mean i love to have fun, i am only 14 years old and i want to go but i do NOT want to get sea sick. It would ruin it, i sometimes take bonine for rides but i still get noxious sometimes, threw up a couple times on rides.
