My dad just hit my head against a shelf?

Hiii. My dad was just screaming at me cause I gave him a dirty look for saying I'm probably not his real kid and he pushed my whole body against the wall sideways and he rammed my head into a shelf and all of the stuff fell on me and now my head hurts wicked bad. What should I do? Please help mee. Thanks
