My dog cant walk. vet said there is nothing wrong?

she is a mini foxy and she had puppies 2 weeks ago.. its not her calcium that fine... the vet said she MIGHT have hurt her back.. but she doesnt seem to be in pain.. she has been like that since sunday night.. its now tuesday night and she is still the same.. the vet said come back in a week if she is still not walking. please help
