How can I fix my hair? Over processed toner and orange hair!?

I have done a home job on bleaching my hair and of course it came out foxy. I left it like that for 2 weeks and bleached it again. It came up more blonde, but mainly copper and yellow. I waited 2 weeks again and used 'Directions White Toner'. It comes in a little tub and is a lavender colour. The problem is, it didn't work? Some sections did over process and turned lilac but the rest remained the same. How can I fix it? How do I get rid of the lilac colour and tone the rest?
