How do i get a foundation stain out of my white shorts?

I got a tiny circlular spot on my butt of my white shorts and I didn't notice until my mom had washed and dried them. I've been trying to scrub the stain out with baking soda & water with an old tooth brush but it doesn't seem to be working. Help mee!?!?
