What can I wear with a lace tank?

I bought this adorable racerback tank with lace ruffles at the Forever 21 in Times Square (!!!) when I wen to New York in March. At first I thought it would look cute with darkish denium bermuda cutoffs, but I don't have any. It looks good with my skinnies, but I don't know what shoes or sweater I would wear with it. Help!
