What does "doe maar lekker mee" mean and what language is it?

it's definitely dutch, and it's hard to translate because english has no equivalent for "maar" or "lekker" in the meanings they have here. Anglo's probably would say something like:"just go ahead and join in the fun" (as opposed to worrying about responsibilities etc.)
