Why do i have weak feelings? help over come them!?

i get alll Butt hurt when someone critisizes mee. my brother said i was fat, (when im not, 14, 5'4 105 lbs.) my bf told me he had to drop me off, i got sad. & idk why?! soomeone help me not to be all sad and what not.
