Why do girls with relaxers, hate on girls with natural hair?

When my natural hair is natural I have major shrinkage! When i blowout and flat iron it looks long and relaxed. So I have girls at work hating on me saying my hair is relaxed. Why do all black girls hate on each other about hair, weigh,t etc. Why do we call each other, liars over stuff that can be easily obtained through hard work and perseverance. When I was rocking the nappy look, people were all comfortable. My afro wasn't cute as most it was more "Chia" pet than "Foxy Brown"!.... But my blow out flat iron look is poppin!
