Should I get another Pomeranian or a Rough Collie?

the people saying Collies don't belong in apartments are all making the same mistake, of assuming they are all alike. collies can live in apartments if they still get allot of exercise so if your an active person get a collie, i personally would pick the collie if i had to choose but its not my decision its yours, but if you really cant decide there is a dog kind of like a pom and allot like a collie and that's the sheltie, my friend has one there great dogs hardly bark and are attachable they are also pretty protective.
