Is my daughter "in style"?

well the pants seem extremely in style, but i think the shirts seem a BIT mature for her age, as does the heavy makeup and spiky jewelry. maybe she should wear shirts like that when she's 14? i mean the neon bracelets are fine, and maybe a little mascara and LIGHT COLORED eyeshadow, but i didnt start wearing eyeliner till i wuz 13, and im still not allowed to wear RLY DARK eyeshadow and HEAVY eyeliner. i mean i useually wear like a light pink or etc eyeshadow, mascara on top, and some eyeliner on bottom, but im 14.
