Foxy is getting TOO friendly!?

Well, a couple of months ago we saw a fox in our garden, and it really started off by leaving eggs next to the bush and he would come in the night to get them, but then we started seeing him more often, and we were throwing him meat right before his eyes (I know your not supposed to do that, we have stopped so don't say anything about it!) Anyway, he has been coming really close to us, and today he actually came into the house! We have been scaring him away as soon as we see him, but every time he comes back. There must be a more efficient way of getting him less friendly (without harming him) Please help!
