Chicago Acting and Theater help!!?

Hi im 13 and i want to be a actor for the rest of my childhood. Ive always dreamed of it. I wanna be known for something. I have never been to any acting school. To be on a disney channel show would i have to have some kind of acting skills (Classes)? Am i to old now to start chasing my dreams? Do you guys know any acting tips? PLEASE HELP im really interested. help mee.
