Can we use "Telepathy" to contact & communicate with someone from the past?

No, one can not contact and communicatie with somebody in the past and the past can not be changed. The spirit of somebody is able to communicate with other people who shared the same past but that is something else then returning to the past. If somebody had a good connection or a good family band with somebody else then there are energetic connections between these people and the incident in the past may connect them because they share the same imprints in their soul or spirit. In stead of preventing one must try to learn from the experiences and try to heal the wounds in the soul or spirit.
