Can't remember my old favorite T.V show's name!!!?

Oh and he has a friend who works at a cafe, and blind guy selling magazines in the same cafe, and some other guy that has a crazy personality not unlike Kramer. And he has 2 people working under him, a black woman and a foxy brunette.
