Buy or Sell: Eminem is a top 100 rapper and is overhated?

Sure. But I wouldn't really think much of a rapper that is number 80-100 on a big list. I'm not really a fan of him, but he's not a boring or bad rapper, I just never got into him. I just wouldn't even think to include him on a list. Same with random guys I never heard.
